When I talk about alignment, I am talking about what things do you need to do, what steps do you need to take with regards to your own personal alignment within yourself. What factors are required for you to thrive? What is your best environment with regards to work? What does it look like? What are you doing? What is your favored environment in terms of the people whose company you keep? Are you in a big group of people or are you with just a few? If you had a day to yourself, how would you choose to spend it? Deep within ourselves, lies our most suited path of alignment. This is your deepest knowing. Checking in with yourself from time to time will help you connect with your deepest knowing. Another term for this is your inner voice. Everyone has an inner voice. It is built into our DNA in the form of personal consciousness. When your personal consciousness is aligned with divine consciousness, then you are a perfectly tuned instrument in the orchestra of your life. When things are feeling off track in your life, chances are you are not in alignment in some way to whatever process you are currently working in or with. Ask yourself ‘how can I be more in alignment with this personal experience right now’? Check in with yourself and you might be surprised to receive an answer. Knock on the door and it will be opened. The more you can live in alignment with who you really are the better your life will get. It’s like the pistons all line up when you are in alignment and they are firing to full capacity…Aligning your personal will to divine will is the key to having all your pistons firing but this does not happen without knowing your self first…You have to detach from your previous experiences, your attachments, and your personal history and get clear on your own personal alignment. What is most important to you and what do you want your path to be? How can you be of service in the world? Where can your light shine brightest? It’s all about alignment in the end…Love and happy July long weekend to everyone, Robin
Trusting that you are held by a higher power…
When life gets challenging, I sometimes default to a fearful stance versus a trusting stance. I always have to remind myself that I don’t have to be in control all the time – control is an illusion anyways…Whenever you come from a place of ego, you are automatically susceptible to feeling fear and distrust. These are two things that the ego thrives on. When you find yourself coming from a fearful stance, look behind that. Why are you not trusting that you held by a higher power? Why do you feel that you have to run the show and if you don’t that things will fall apart. Feel the freedom of viewing things from a different perspective – one that feels more relaxed and easy versus pressure filled and intense. Take a moment to connect in with yourself; from that place of connection you can sense deep inside of yourself that everything will be okay. You have to live your life from a place of trust versus a place of fear. If you are unsure of what direction to take regarding a decision you need to make, take the time to get quiet and don’t rush a decision until you feel that centred place inside of yourself. From that centred place, you can make a decision, trusting that you are held by a higher power…and that takes the pressure off your egoic self that you have to be in control all the time…
Having a human moment…
I read recently that Wayne Dyer had been diagnosed with cancer. I was initially dismayed when I read this. I knew that he had suffered a heart attack in his past and had got past that…but now cancer? That was shocking to me. My first thought was, ‘How could this happen to someone who appears to be so together?’ The only answer I could come up with is he is having a human moment. No matter who we are, where we have been or what we have done in our lives we can not escape having a human moment from time to time. We can’t protect ourselves from everything that shows up in our life. It would be nice if we could have a perfect life because we think good thoughts but life doesn’t always work that way. Life gets challenging sometimes and we can’t always ‘Abraham’ our experience away. It is what you do with the challenge that really defines who you are in your human moment. Can you see the beauty in your experience of adverse circumstances? Can you have a human moment and show the world your flawed transparency? I am sure Wayne Dyer was just as shocked at the people around him that he had a diagnosis of cancer. But he didn’t try to hide his reality. He was having a human moment. No one can escape having a human moment. The trick is to love yourself even more when you are faced with a human moment and accept what is. That is all you can do…Life exists in a continuous wave form. Sometimes you are on top of the wave and sometimes you are on the bottom of the wave. Don’t get attached to the cycle that you are currently in – all you can be sure of is that things change and the cycle will continue. Try to be grateful for the whole experience that constututes a human moment. It’s what makes us real and more connected in our hearts to the next person we encounter that is having a human moment. We are all one. We are all trying to do the best we can in our human experience. Love and accept yourself exactly where you are right now…
