Emotional Freedom Technique
Emotional Freedom technique is a powerful technique that can be used on numerous issues that are caused by unresolved emotional blocks. EFT is like acupuncture without the needles; the endpoints of meridians are used to help balance the body’s energy system. Unresolved emotional issues are the main cause of 85% of all illnesses. This technique is easily learned and simple to apply. As a naturopathic doctor, I find it to be the most effective mind/body therapy in clinical practice and helpful when dealing with any health issue.
